Jesse is a skilled facilitator with many years of experience in leading groups. He presents workshops at conferences, leads retreats and delivers plenary presentations in story and song. Common Ground on the Hill, National Hospice & Palliative Care Network, Pendle Hill, the Association of Professional Chaplains, Shalem Institute and Common Ground on the Border are among the conferences and organizations for which Jesse has provided leadership.

Jesse has sung one-on-one with hundreds of terminally ill patients in hospices and hospitals; led singing for groups of a thousand people; delivered plenary presentations in story and song for conferences of clinical psychologists and chaplains; and led workshops and retreats for groups of all kinds, including for inmates in maximum security prisons.
